Job summary
CME Group is seeking a Staff/Lead Security Engineer to advance our Privileged Account Management program. You will drive automation, design and deployment of PAM solutions while mentoring junior staff and coordinating across IAM initiatives.
The role blends engineering, support, and project leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment. You will work with CyberArk/Idira across on‑prem and cloud, improving compliance through better account inventory usage and establishing scalable
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with CyberArk/Idira
- Hands-on design, deployment, and support of large CyberArk/Idira implementations
- Experience across IAM areas: directory services, lifecycle management, federation/MFA, identity visibility
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux environments
Responsibilities
- Lead design, implementation, and support of automated PAM solutions
- Identify gaps in PAM coverage and drive remediation
- Research trends and perform evaluations of PAM tools
- Develop roadmaps and plans for PAM/IAM
- Provide advanced incident troubleshooting and participate in on-call rotation
