Job summary

Horny Toad Harley-Davidson is hiring a PALS Assistant (Parts and Labor Sales) at our Temple, TX dealership. This full-time position includes scheduling service, greeting customers, and guiding them to the right parts and services.

You will provide accurate labor/parts estimates, track repair progress, and ensure proper authorization for all services. A valid motorcycle endorsement is required, with a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced sales/service environments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and collect customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
• Assist walk-in and phone customers to identify needed parts and accessories.
• Present sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
• Provide accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
• Monitor repair progress and inform customers of changes to time/costs.
• Obtain proper authorization before repairs.

We are looking for an experienced PALS Assistant (Parts and Labor Sales) for our fast paced Horny Toad Harley-Davidson Location!!

Responsibilities:

• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival
• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Work directly with walk-in and telephone customers to help determine and supply them with parts and accessories.
• Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts
• Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements
• Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations
• Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Active-listening and strong communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn
• Respect for teammates and a positive outlook
• Must have a valid drivers license with a motorcycle endorsement
