Job summary

American Road Group is seeking a Parts Associate at Orlando Harley-Davidson in Orlando, FL. This Part Time/Hourly position focuses on retail sales of parts and accessories and delivering excellent customer service on the showroom floor.

The ideal candidate will have experience in motorcycle or retail sales, familiarity with Talon or similar inventory systems, and strong computer and phone etiquette. You will stand on the sales floor and assist customers throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality; must demonstrate ability to get along with broad customer base.
• Experience in motorcycle or retail sales.
• Experience with Talon and computerized parts, service and inventory systems preferred.
• General computer knowledge and great phone etiquette.
• Ability to stand and work on the sales floor for extended periods.
