• Experience in counseling, government investigations, and related litigation.
• Desirable incident response, crisis management and FTC consumer protection-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Represent leading global platforms on regulatory, litigation, product and business strategy matters.
• Advise on disputes and investigations in privacy and data security.
