Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Baton Rouge, LA invites motivated individuals to join as a Salon Manager. You will lead a team, drive sales, train staff, and deliver excellent customer consultations on skincare and tanning products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
