Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Manager in Ocean Springs, MS. The role leads a sales-driven team, manages daily operations, and delivers exceptional customer service in a fast-paced tanning salon environment.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, training staff, and maintaining store appearance and policies while promoting our Diamond Membership and benefits to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Hire and train a team of Beauty Consultants.
• Ongoing team training.
• Provide customer consultations on skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
