Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Baton Rouge is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a dynamic team and drive sales while delivering outstanding customer experience. You will oversee hiring, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced tanning and beauty environment.

The role offers base pay plus commission and bonuses, with growth opportunities and a team-oriented culture. Experience in leadership and customer service is essential; flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods and lift up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Hire and train your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Oversee ongoing team training and customer consultations.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon; cash handling; daily admin.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants
• Ongoing team training
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company and legal policies, procedures and requirements are met
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Leadership/Management experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
