Palm Beach Tan is seeking energetic individuals to join a vibrant, professional salon environment. This entry-level sales role offers comprehensive training, generous commission opportunities, and flexible scheduling to fit school or personal commitments.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a friendly manner, educating on tanning guidelines, maintaining a clean salon, handling cash, and completing daily admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail/salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals and drive daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash and daily opening/closing procedures.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintains a clean and organized salon

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
