Palm Beach Tan in Gulfport, MS is seeking energetic individuals for commission-based sales roles. You’ll represent the brand, assist customers, and work in a vibrant team environment with flexible schedules.

We offer training in customer service and sales, along with 401(k) options, employee discounts, and a complimentary Diamond tanning membership for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand/walk for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
