Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7 hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds; reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on tanning rules and ensure company/legal compliance.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling; opening/closing procedures.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
