Responsibilities:

1. Meeting sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
2. Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
3. Educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met
4. Maintaining a clean and organized salon
5. Handling cash, opening and closing the business
6. Completing daily administrative paperwork and tracking goals

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. At least 18 years of age
3. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (up to 7 hours per day)
4. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
5. Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends
6. Background check may be required prior to hire, contingent upon results
