Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking enthusiastic, entry-level sales representatives to join our team in Prairieville. You will be trained in customer service, product knowledge, and the company’s goals, while helping clients select tanning solutions and services.

This position offers a dynamic, team-oriented environment with flexible scheduling and commission opportunities. A high school diploma is required, you must be able to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and work nights and weekends, and

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure company and legal requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash, opening/closing duties.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly

• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
