Qualifications

• Understanding of how a licensed home care agency functions and the delivery of home care services for the elderly or disabled.
• Effective communication with employees, patients and affiliates to develop relationships.
• Proven track record marketing to physician groups, communities and ALFs in Palm Beach County.
• Must have a referral base of your own.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to support agency objectives.
• Lead outreach to physician groups, communities and assisted living facilities.
