Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and RN license required in the state of practice.
• Two years of supervisory experience or equivalent in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of primary medical and nursing care and bereavement awareness.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing and patient care services within the interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Oversee staff schedules, supervision and team performance.
• Ensure data accuracy for recertification decisions and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate 24/7 service delivery and on-call rotations.
• Monitor resources, manage costs and maintain quality improvement activities.
