Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
• Board certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine required.
• Hospice and Palliative Care certification preferred; ABMS/osteopathic board facilitation required.
• Active hospital staff membership and privileges required upon hire.
• Minimum 15 CME per year in Palliative Care or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide fully consultative palliative care with no admitting or discharging duties.
• Care mix approx. 75% inpatient and 25% outpatient; adapt to program needs.
• Collaborate with APPs and nurses; mentor residents in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.
• Utilize Epic EMR with ambient AI documentation; engage in team-based care.
