City of Hope in South Pasadena seeks a Fellowship-trained, Supportive Medicine (Palliative Care) physician for a full-time clinical role. The position covers outpatient care at the South Pasadena site and limited inpatient work at the Duarte site, with a hybrid telemedicine component.

Expect 4.5 clinical days and 0.5 administrative day weekly. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in outpatient/inpatient palliative care, oncology/hematology experience, and board certification in Hospice and Palliative

Qualificações

• 5+ years postgraduate experience in outpatient/inpatient palliative care.
• Experience in oncology/hematology care.
• Ability to build and launch a new ambulatory program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered palliative care within cancer care.
• Cover outpatient South Pasadena location and limited inpatient Duarte care.
• Manage 8-10 patients per day and 6-10 encounters per weekday.
• On-call coverage 7 days; Fri 5pm to Fri 5pm.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in ambulatory program development.
