This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing comprehensivecare to individuals with serious, complex or life-limiting illnesses.Our specialty trained interdisciplinary teamworks with patients to manage pain, and addresspsychosocial, emotional or spiritual distressto improve quality of life for the patient and family.

Responsibilitiesinclude: Inpatient consults, symptom management, team collaboration and multidisciplinary approach to care, timely documentation, education and attending patient rounds, discharge planning, quality improvement, psychosocial support, coordination of care, following best practices/evidence based medicine

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-5
Call Schedule: 1 night/week & 1 weekend/month (home call)
Practice Detail: Join 5 MD's and 2 APP's

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
