Job summary

Northwestern Medicine Palos Hospital and Orland Park sites seek an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to deliver direct clinical care, order tests, and educate patients. Required master’s degree and IL licensure (APRN or PA), BLS/ACLS, and credentialing through the MSO. This role supports patient care at inpatient and clinic sites with rotating schedules and on-call

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current Illinois RN license and APRN license or PA license required.
• BLS; ACLS certification as specified by department.
• Privileged and credentialed through the MSO.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical exams.
• Provide direct clinical care and prescribe therapies as allowed.
• Order/interpret labs and imaging per privileges.
• Educate patients/families and document care in records.
• Collaborate with physicians and participate in quality initiatives.
