- Licensure: Current unencumbered APRN license with NP designation, prescriptive authority, DEA privileges.
- Experience: 2 years in chronic disease management/long-term care; hospice/palliative background preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide diagnosis, treatment and care under physician supervision.
