Job summary

Sunny Delight Beverages Company is seeking skilled technicians to join production teams in Packaging, Blending and Logistics. You will operate production lines, perform change-overs, and help keep production flowing to meet performance goals while maintaining quality.

Requirements include at least 1 year in manufacturing, age 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass a drug screen, physical and background check.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and equipment.
• Perform change-overs and adjust lines to meet goals.
• Keep production flowing and meet performance targets.
• Maintain high quality of output.
• Load/unload trucks and assist in other areas as needed.
• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.

Job description

Technician work teams are responsible for keeping production flowing and performing various types of work in several departmental areas: Packaging, Blending, Logistics. Technician work teams are responsible for:

• Operating production lines
• Change-Overs
• Keeping production flowing
• Meeting performance goals
• Maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products

Technicians perform various types of work such as loading and unloading trucks as well as the other responsibilities listed below.

• Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed making, packing and other production related equipment
• Using basic hand and power tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Performing preventative maintenance on equipment
• Technicians are expected to get involved, take charge of situations, demonstrate ownership, confront business-related problems and continuously improve the equipment and processes
• Technicians are responsible for following all safety and good manufacturing practices as detailed in plant procedures
• Must be able to work overtime

Qualifications

Prefer individuals with at least 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.

You must be 18 year or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent, pass a drug screen, physical and background check.
