Job summary

Join Crown Holdings, Inc. at the Hanover, PA plant as a Palletizer Operator on a rotating 12-hour shift (5pm-5am) with mandatory overtime.

You will support the palletizer line in producing 2-piece and 3-piece steel cans, balancing safety, quality, and productivity while learning and applying SOPs and plant rules. Responsibilities include basic machine operation, quality checks, documentation, and teamwork across shifts.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA training in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of AS400.
• 6S Training.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow verbal instructions to complete tasks.
• Operate palletizer machines with focus on safety, quality and productivity.
• Maintain operation of one or more machines in the production of 2-piece or 3-piece steel cans.
• Safely operate, identify basic mechanical problems, and maintain process equipment.
• Communicate changes and issues to management and shifts.
