Responsibilities

• Produce pallets of product, ensure proper stacking and stretch wrap for warehouse storage.
• Keep palletizing machine running, troubleshoot malfunctions to maintain line efficiency.
• Coordinate with forklift drivers and changeovers to ensure material availability.
• Verify pallet patterns, bag size, and pattern for each product.
• Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and LEAN practices.
