Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator for the 1st shift (6:30AM–3PM) in New York. You will operate palletizer machinery, package final products, and support frontline production within the Purina Animal Nutrition business unit.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and quality control while handling periodic overtime and weekends as needed. Candidates should have 1+ year of general work experience, basic math and computer skills, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Complies with all safety processes and insists on safety practices of self and others.
