Job summary

Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Utility Operator for 1st shift within the Purina Animal Nutrition business. You will operate machine tools and packaging equipment to manufacture products that meet production specifications, tracking outputs and maintaining quality standards.

Basic computer skills and reliability are required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork. The role includes lifting up to 55 lbs, variable shifts including days/nights/weekends, and potential for bonus based on performance.

• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitor output quality and identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records and monitor machine parameters; troubleshoot processing problems.
