Land O’Lakes, Inc. is seeking a frontline production team member for the Purina Animal Nutrition division. You will operate machinery, package final products, and contribute to a cooperative culture rooted in quality and safety.

This role supports two-week rotating shifts and requires reliable attendance. Two-week rotating shifts: days 6am–4pm, nights 8pm–6am, with a pay rate of $22.70 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of general work experience, basic math and computer skills, and

• Basic computer and math skills.
• Able to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

SHIFT: Rotating shift: Two weeks days- Two weeks nights 6am-4pm (days) 8pm-6am (Nights )

PAY: $22.70

J In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. We innovate nutritional products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
