Job summary

Land O'Lakes, Inc. is seeking a Control Room Operator for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM–7:30 AM) in our North Carolina manufacturing facility. Compensation includes $30.20 per hour plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, with weekends/ overtime/holidays as needed.

You will operate machinery, package final products, and support safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with leads and management to complete daily tasks and maintain production flow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to read, write and comprehend English.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem-solve and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Control Room Operator SHIFT: 3rd shift (Hours 11pm-7:30am) PAY: 30.20 PLUS 1.00 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL Pay: $30.20 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour Shift & Working Hours: 3rd Shift; 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed. In this role, you will be a key member of our Land O’Lakes, Inc. manufacturing team, performing front-line production processes that add value and quality to the inputs and creation of final high-quality products. You will gain skills and experience of taking raw materials to produce our final products for customers. This will include operating machinery and equipment, packaging the final product. Required Experience and Skills

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
