Job summary

Essential Personnel, Inc. is hiring for a Palletizer in a production setting with Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts and a starting wage of $17.25 per hour. The role requires working in a freezer environment and joining a team focused on safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating palletizing equipment, stacking and wrapping pallets, inspecting products, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace while meeting daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work in a freezer/cold environment.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.
• Stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
