Job summary

America's Heartland Packing in Wright City, MO is hiring a Palletizer to efficiently stack products onto pallets for shipping. The role emphasizes accuracy, safe handling, and adherence to customer requirements during loading and unloading.

You'll complete daily safety checks, work with pallet jacks, wrappers, and scanner devices, and support dock operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of following written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in humid, cold, wet or slippery conditions around moving equipment with PPE mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Stack products or materials onto pallets for shipping or storage.
• Complete a daily inspection report for equipment safety.
• Wrap pallets by hand or with a pallet wrapper.
• Utilize scan guns to build pallet tags and manage pallet inquiries.
• Assist load out and coordinate with dock staff as needed.
