Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters. You will sort pallets, assess repair needs, and help maintain production goals in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.
• Identify and assess repair needs using established criteria.
• Meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Follow safety protocols to help us achieve our PTZ goals.
• Support your team by performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.
