Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a skilled production associate in Oklahoma to operate a pallet sorting machine and perform inspections. You will work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 70 lbs, and help keep the workspace clean. Training is provided for forklift operation if needed.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and meeting production goals while supporting a diverse workforce. A High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn machine operation and forklift basics.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a large pallet sorting machine to sort pallets by manufacturer quality and grade.
• Perform hands-on inspections and manual sorting as needed.
• May operate a forklift; training and certification provided.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace through Clean as You Go practices.
• Lift up to 70 lbs consistently and perform repetitive motions.
• Meet production and quality goals with the team.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by site leadership.
