Job summary

Relogistics is hiring a Machine Operator in Lakeland, FL to sort pallets using a SMETCO 300 series pallet sorter and inspect quality. You will hand stack, load/unload from trailers, move pallets, secure loads, and track progress with onsite staff. Strong communication is essential for shift coordination.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center.
• Check loads to make sure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly.
