Job summary

Relogistics, located in Lakeland, FL, is seeking a Machine Operator to sort pallets using a SMETCO 300 series sorter and inspect pallet quality. The role emphasizes physical activity, accuracy, and teamwork on the 4th shift (Fri-Sun, 5pm-5:30am).

Responsibilities include stacking, loading/unloading, securing loads, and completing paperwork. Candidates should have a HS diploma and strong communication; OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or GED required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills needed.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights.
• Load and unload materials from trailers by hand.
• Move pallets or materials on pallets or in crates within the distribution center.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Coordinate trailer moves within yard management system.
• Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress.
• Communicate regularly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager.
