Job summary

Relogistics in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Forklift Operator to move pallets and support production across the warehouse, including loading and unloading customer trailers.

You will operate forklifts with care, sort pallets by hand when needed, and repair damaged pallets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift certification is preferred.

Overtime may be required; we offer competitive pay, holiday pay, daily pay and benefits for eligible full-time employees.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• 1-3 years forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Move sorted pallet stacks to appropriate staging area using forklift equipment.
• Operate forklifts with care, adhering to safety procedures at all times.
• Hand-sort pallets when required.
• Repair wooden pallets using a nail gun when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
