Job summary

Advance Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Pallet Sorter Associate to join our production team in the Boise area. The role involves hand-sorting pallets by grade and ensuring pallets are clean before returning to the customer.

Shifts Friday through Tuesday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, pay is $19.00 per hour. Overtime may be required. Weekly pay, health benefits, and referral incentives are offered to employees.

Qualifications

• Able to perform fast-paced work in a production setting.
• Able to lift 35-75 lbs and handle manual material handling.
• Good math, reading, and language skills with attention to detail.
• Overtime may be required and is mandatory.

• Load and unload materials by hand
• Move pallets and materials throughout the facility
• Inspect loads and products for safety and quality
• Complete production paperwork accurately
