Job summary

PLA and its Family of Companies is seeking a Warehouse General Labor Pallet Sorter for the 2nd shift in Hermiston, OR. You will manually inspect and sort pallets, identify damaged or incorrect pallets, and help meet production goals. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role requiring safety and teamwork.

The position offers a 2nd shift (4:30 pm–1:00 am), regular full-time hours, daily and weekly pay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with employer match, and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to stand, lift pallets, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and meeting production rates.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove debris from incoming pallets.
• Manually sort pallets by type and condition criteria.
• Inspect pallets to ensure quality criteria are met.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Meet established hourly rates while maintaining safety.
