48forty Solutions is hiring a Saw Shop Operator in Houston to set up and operate power saws, slotting and trimming wood for pallets. You’ll play a key role in our pallet manufacturing process and support daily production goals.

The role offers 1st shift hours, competitive hourly pay starting at $14.00 plus piece rate, and benefits including paid time off, health coverage, and a 401(k). You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift pallets up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction-related fields preferred.
• Quick hands with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities
