Job summary

48forty Solutions in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Saw Shop Operator to set up and operate power saws to slot, cut, and trim wood for pallets. You’ll be a key part of our pallet manufacturing process and will work the 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm.

The role offers hourly pay of $16.50, overtime opportunities, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Prior lumber/warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction/carpentry experience is preferred.
• Fast hands with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication with plant management.
• Overtime ability as needed.
