Job summary

Barton Staffing Solutions, Inc. is seeking dependable warehouse associates to join our team in Illinois. Shifts include 1st (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and 2nd (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM).

You will pick orders, use RF scanners, lift up to 50 lbs, operate a forklift/walkie rider, and maintain a clean workstation while meeting daily goals and assisting with general labor tasks.

Training will be provided, and team lifting is required for heavy products to ensure safe handling and productivity.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hardworking associates for warehouse team.
• Ability to learn and meet daily picking goals.
• Willingness to operate forklifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and meet daily picking goals after completing training.
• Use RF scanners to accurately scan products while picking.
• Take completed orders to Parcel Audit for inspection.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed.
• Operate a forklift/walkie rider (motorized pallet jack).
• Safely lift and handle products weighing up to 50 lbs. or more.
• Team lifting is required when handling heavy products.
