48forty Solutions is hiring a Pallet Repairer in Anderson, SC. You will repair and assemble wooden pallets using a nail gun, handling fresh or recycled wood and meeting customer needs. This is a production-based, hourly position with daily pay options.

Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with potential overtime. Benefits include competitive pay, holiday pay, and access to earned wages before payday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Experience in lumber/warehouse/construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble with nail gun along set stringers.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement to appropriate areas.
• Follow safety procedures to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain high quality while producing a high volume of pallets.
• Work in a fast-paced production environment.
