48forty Solutions in Olympia, WA is hiring a Pallet Repairer to build and repair wooden pallets daily. This is a piece rate position; pay includes $17.13 per hour plus $0.50 per piece, with 1st shift Monday through Friday 8:00am–3:30pm at our Lacey, WA location.

You will receive wood from the saw shop, assemble pallets with a nail gun, ensure safety, and maintain high quality while handling up to 50 lbs. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to work overtime; benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Prior lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive wood, piece together pallets with nail gun.
• Stack finished pallets for forklift transport.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high quality.
• Perform duties in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
