Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage and repair needs.

• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Care for personal tools and PPE.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Support plant operations with additional tasks as assigned.

Pallet Repair Technician

No prior pallet repair experience is required — we provide training for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect incoming pallets and identify damage, defects, and repair needs
• Repair and rebuild pallets using hand tools and power equipment
• Replace damaged boards, reinforce weak areas, and restore pallets to safe, usable condition
• Ensure repaired pallets meet company quality standards and customer requirements
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining excellent workmanship
• Complete required paperwork and production records accurately
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Maintain and properly care for personal tools and required safety equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Support plant operations by completing additional tasks assigned by supervisors and management
