Qualifications

• Training provided; no pallet repair experience required.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable, safety-focused with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming pallets for damage and repair needs.
• Repair and rebuild pallets using hand tools and power equipment.
• Replace damaged boards and reinforce weak areas.
• Ensure repaired pallets meet quality standards.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
• Complete required paperwork accurately.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Care for personal tools and PPE.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Support plant operations with additional tasks as assigned.
