Job summary

48forty Solutions in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Pallet Repairer. This piece-rate role repairs wooden pallets from fresh or recycled wood; you’ll work on the 1st shift 5:00am–12:30pm, with overtime as needed. You’ll lift up to 50 lbs and operate a nail gun with safety procedures.

You must have a High School Diploma or GED and enjoy a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Competitive pay plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and daily pay access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Previous lumber/warehouse/construction experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Must follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Receive wood from saw shop and assemble pallets with nail gun
• Stack finished pallets for forklift movement
• Maintain high quality while handling high production volume
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
