Job summary

Fidelis Logistics is seeking a practical Pallet Builder to join our team in Roanoke, VA. You will repair and restore pallets, operate power tools, and help maintain safety and quality on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or hands-on work.
• Ability to operate power tools (nail guns, hammers, saws).
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Repair pallets using power tools.
• Inspect and restore pallets to top condition.
• Work fast, hit goals, and keep safety first.
• Stay on the move—lifting, bending, and stacking all shift long.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Be ready for overtime when needed.

What We're Looking For :
