Job summary

Digi-Key Corporation is hiring a Pallet Picking Associate for the PDC outbound team in Minnesota. This on-site role focuses on picking large quantities, packing, and shipping, with emphasis on safety and timely movement of parts throughout the warehouse.

Shift availability includes day and evening options; base responsibilities include operating order pickers and forklifts, maintaining KPI performance, and collaborating with production and shipping teams to meet daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve and move product between locations to support outbound processes.
• Operate or assist with OrderPicker, Turret Truck, and forklifts with safety.
• Transport non-conveyable or conveyable product for processing or shipment.
• Support expediting and stock movement as needed.
• Maintain efficiency to keep parts and orders flowing through the building.
