Job summary

DigiKey is hiring a Pallet Picking Associate to support outbound operations. The role focuses on picking large quantities, moving product to correct warehouse locations, and supporting packing and shipping activities. This on-site position requires regular attendance and adherence to safety standards.

Shifts include day, evening/overnight, and 3-12; starting rates range from $20 to $24 per hour depending on shift. Occasional relocation and sign-on bonuses apply for select full-time roles.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification provided by Digi-Key.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Locate, retrieve and move product between locations and to production/shipping areas.
• Use Stock Picker and lift equipment safely; may work up to 30 ft high.
• Transport non-conveyable items to storage or action areas using RF device.
• Assist in locating product to expedite orders when needed.
• Pick parts using handheld device directing location to pick.
• Operate and follow PIV and forklift policies with limited supervision.
• Collaborate as a team to meet departmental goals and KPIs.
