Job summary

Elite Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Pallet Operator (Palletizer) in Gurnee, IL. This temporary-to-hire role involves palletizing, housekeeping, and supporting daily operations, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The position offers 8-hour shifts from 8 p.m.–8 a.m. or 8 a.m.–8 p.m., Monday to Thursday, at a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Eligible employees may transition to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous labor, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical work for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Job Duties:
