Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. seeks a Warehouse Packer in Mount Vernon, OH to prepare materials for processing, feed them into machinery, inspect finished products, and package shipments. This fast-paced role requires attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities include reading production orders, helping with setup, keeping the area clean, and following safety procedures. Rotating night shift is 7pm–7am; pay is $21.24/hr. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a manufacturing environment or physical labor is preferred.

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and pack product per customer specification using safe work practices.
• Identify and communicate product quality deviations and assist with resolution.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Read and understand Production Orders; follow directions precisely.
• Assist the Operator with setup and/or changeover activities as directed.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds as required.
