48forty-Solutions, LLC in Lake City, MN is seeking a Forklift Operator to load/unload pallets and move wood throughout our plant. The role requires safe handling and efficient movement to keep production flowing smoothly.

The position offers hourly pay, consistent weekday shifts, and opportunities for overtime. Applicants should have 1–3 years of forklift experience and be able to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse/logistics/lumber/construction is strongly preferred.
• Willingness to work in a labor-intensive environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries of pallets and/or wood to the proper location inside the plant.
• Move freshly cut and recycled wood to the appropriate worktable area.
• Stack finished products into trailers or to storage areas up to a safe height.
• Maintain a safe working environment by lifting, stacking, and transporting materials with all other plant personnel in mind.
