Job summary

StartupNWA is seeking a dependable Pallet Jack Operator for the day shift in our on-site production facility in Arkansas. You will operate pallet jacks, move materials between departments, and help ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include delivering goods, reporting issues with equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and assisting with daily/weekly reports to the floor supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain pallet jack licenses.
• Experience in shipping and receiving preferred.
• Industry experience in poultry or food processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates pallet jack between departments and buildings following safety procedures.
• Detects and reports defective materials or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Delivers materials to work areas, stacks materials, and loads shipments; ensures items are undamaged.
• Reports mechanical problems with pallet jack to supervisor for repair.
• Completes daily/weekly reports to the floor supervisor.
